As far as Steam streaming, you mean? Or in general? The whole movie night thing. I haven't taken part in too many of them, but the gist seems to be one person streams a movie and everyone else tunes in to watch and give commentary or whatever. In case you haven't been following it Steam recently added in-client streaming, so it should be possible to add non-Steam shortcuts to run shit like VLC and broadcast that to friends on Steam. People used to do it on Twitch but it was very easy for someone to stumble into a broadcast and report it. The increased privacy of having friends only makes it less likely the streamer will get caught so movie night seems a whole lot more viable now. Basically, all you have to do is send whoever's streaming on Steam a "Watch Game" request and come chill.

I came here expecting a different kind of modeling and I have to be honest, I'm a little disappointed.

My question is how would they enforce it? They'd have to either restrict or monitor any non-steam application anyone would run. As long as you don't post your streams publicly it seems like it would be difficult for them to do anything about it. Seems you could even just do it using certain steam apps now. Anyone up for watching Alien? I'm technically streaming it in Anarchy Arcade right now. (even though it looks like absolute shit)

I think for the most part the show's known how to put together a satisfying arc, even if the endings can be silly or not paced well (specifically, fighting the Governor at the end of S3 and then having him come back for the same thing mid-S4 was very awkward). This one was by far the worst, IMO.
