Finally got around to watching Days of Future Past. I'm pretty fucking impressed. Aside from being a great film it just accomplished so much for the franchise. It bridged the gap between the casts of First Class and the original trilogy and the writers were smart enough to use the time travel plot to effectively redeem the whole series. I'm not sure if X-Men 1 and 2 still happened in this new timeline, but it's a small price to pay for retconning the shitfests that were X-Men 3 and Origins: Wolverine out of existence. I'm sure there are some huge continuity errors this has created in the series as a whole, but flaws aside, this was handled extremely well.

Speaking of the subroutine thing how does that work? Is it totally random or does it only select subroutines for weapons you have equipped? For instance, can Claptrap activate a shotgun subroutine when you don't actually have a shotgun? Does that just leave you totally boned or what? What about at the start of the game when you have fewer slots? Or are all four open from the beginning? Well that sounds like it sucks.

Pro grip is gross in general Accuracy on shotguns should be low but it shouldn't be below like 4, around 4 is when you can't hit shit beyond 10 meters I don't like it either but I don't have an extra rubber grip, and I think the ergo grip looks even worse unless you have a bunch of other tan colored mods.

I'm playing around with the accuracy since the Shark Teeth drops it by a fair bit. It's definitely better lower but I'm not sure yet if I like it as far down as it can go. I'm used to being able to deliver headhots pretty reliably. It's a difference of +/- 2 though so honestly it doesn't seem to be a huge difference either way.

Finally got the necessary mods to finish these: Spoiler Card drops are hitler.

As far as weapons go: Gage Weapon Pack 1 - Not a fan of the weapons in this pack but the fire modes are worth it. Gage Weapon Pack 2 - Currently the only LMGs in the game. Worth it if you like those. Gage Mod Courier - Get it. Gage Sniper Pack - SRs are some of the best weapons in the game right now. Worth it. Gage Shotgun Pack - The ammo and guns are fun, but mostly useless. Only worth it if you really have an affinity for shotguns, or monkey masks. Gage Assault Pack - Get it. Then again all of these are like a fucking dollar so you might as well just buy them all. For DLC heists, I'd say everything is worth it except maybe Armored Transport, and I'm only saying that because I very rarely see anyone play those missions. But again, it's like two dollars.

Finally got around to playing TWD Season 2. ... whelp, I'm sufficiently traumatized.

I've pirated old games (like ROMs) and Resident Evil 4 because I refused to pay for the original PC port, but that's about it.
