I totaled my wallet funds and I've probably spent about $150 just buying keys and god knows what else. I quit.

Sort of. It's how visible you are to guards/cams while stealthing or in casing mode. You don't absolutely need it to be low if you're gonna go loud anyways, but it should be at 25 or below if you're planning on stealthing. A 75 is guards can see you if you're in line of sight 100% of the time, a 4 is a you can basically scratch a guard's balls and have them not notice. 25-30 should be doable with the secondary shotty. Going full stealth is fine for some heists but I've been in too many failed stealth runs to not want to bring some backup firepower. I'm guessing a lot of people have started wearing suits? Suits are nearly mandatory for stealth. Most heists are fairly simple to stealth though. Yeah, I usually bring a suit on a stealth run. I'm gonna play with it some more, but with an Ak 5 and Locomotive 12G I've gotten it down to 23, which seems like a pretty balanced loadout.

For people who are up to date, what's the deal with Detection Risk? It must have been added shortly after I stopped playing. Mine is currently maxed out with my old loadout and I'm wondering if it's necessary to trim it down a bit. Is it more or less the same as concealment?

That would be cool. I need a refresher but I'm level 50+ and could probably take some newbies on a run. I really like Blackhearted. I'd like to customize it - I like one of the patterns I have but I'm not sure it I have the materials/colors I need to do it justice. I was playing with a few ideas today, think any look good? Do Festive Weapons "count" if you're a weapon collector? I've mostly written them off as expensive, stupid looking reskins since they came out but now I'm starting to feel obligated to get them all...

Barbarian is probably my favorite class. One of those with Gigantism is usually a castle clearing death machine. I'm working on increasing my HP, but I also like locking down the castle so I can explore, which makes saving up the gold challenging.

C4 is almost a necessity for certain missions. It's a great thing to have.

I have the dash rune and double jump runes. They've made clearing regular rooms considerably easier, but being stuck in that small room with the first boss always screws me up. I under utilize my spells too. Half the time it's like I forget I even have them, which is probably not a good thing.

It isn't, I'm just pretty shit at most 2D platformers.

As someone else pointed out, it pays for itself even if you play it just for the cards, and it looks pretty fun either way. It looks decent in HD for a game from 2005 and runs at a smooth 60 fps. Mouse/keyboard controls are still kinda wonky but this game was made to be played on a controller anyway. (0/10 regret) Rogue Legacy - I'm having a lot of fun with it but I also suck pretty hard at it. It's addictive but I doubt I'll ever progress very far or beat it. (2/10 regret) System Shock 2 - Haven't played it yet, but it was $1.50. Heard great things about it and had to pick it up just for that. Tempted to get the new Thief game because I'd like a new stealth game, but I've heard mixed things about it. Also it's $15 which is about the maximum amount I'm willing to pay for a game during this sale.

That graphic is pretty great considering the streak Red's had.
