Question: are people who are currently headless eligible to be figureheads?Because I would like to throw my as of now unoccupied hat in the ring for First Minister of Wild Accusations and Slander.

What song are you listening to RIGHT now?

It's a catchy fucking song. There's a ten hour version of it and I've listened to a good fifteen minutes of it on more than one occasion. -

That's not a sentence, that's a sentence and a half!

Can I be introduced and then die horribly within the same sentence?

I'm still confused with what this has to do with anything ever.

I think you might be right, sir.... but while I'm here, can I have a few minutes of your time to talk to you about Gordon Freeman?

Black Mesa has just been added to Steam Greenlight.Go give it a thumbs up if you think it looks interesting.

Understandable. Nine Inch Nails can be rather harsh and abrasive for first time listeners and Hot Chip can be a little too cheesy or pop-ish for most people, although that kitchy quality is part of what appeals to me. Personally, I think With Teeth or The Fragile and One Life Stand are better introductory albums for those two, respectively. The Flying Lotus album really has to be listened to as a whole to fully appreciate it and Talking Heads are a new wave band from the late seventies to eighties, so I don't expect a lot of people to be into them. The thing about Stop Making Sense is its true brilliance only comes through when you watch the concert on film. A lot of the performance techniques and staging were really groundbreaking for their time and the actual album itself, while extremely good, is really only part of a whole, if that makes any sense. Same here, although as I said before, it's almost impossible for me to pick one favorite out of all their material.

I think you might have that backwards, but I agree. I'm pretty blunt in my opinion that religion is stupid. That doesn't mean I think all religious people are stupid.

What's so ridiculous about believing in a deity that is all good, all powerful and all knowing that was either unwilling, unable or lacked the foresight necessary to stop one of his staff members from rebelling against him? And then later on was unwilling, unable or lacking in the foresight necessary to stop his two creations from obtaining the knowledge of good and evil only after they had committed an act of evil, because they were tempted by the aforementioned former staff member? And then punished them by introducing the concept of mortality despite the fact that this would guarantee the former staff member a chance at acquiring their eternal souls and the souls of all of their ancestors for the rest of time and damning these souls to eternal punishment? And who loves us all very much? I dunno, man. Makes perfect sense to me.

First four seasons are on Netflix if either of you have it.

Actually, you almost have two of my favorites up there. The first is In The Aeroplane Over the Sea which is absolutely fantastic. St. Elsewhere is also a great album, but I have to say I prefer The Odd Couple. It's not as interesting as their first album but song for song, it would be on my favorites list. As for some of the rest: the Mountain Goats: Tallahassee Nine Inch Nails: The Downward Spiral Flying Lotus: Cosmogramma Hot Chip: In Our Heads Talking Heads: Stop Making Sense Sigur rós: Ágætis byrjun I could also put a Radiohead album in there somewhere but there's no way I could pick just one.

Yeah, their style changes up a lot between albums. I think 6DOIT, Scenes from a Memory and Octavarium rank among my favorites although they all have their merits. I haven't really kept up with them, though - the last album of theirs I listened to was Systematic Chaos. I kinda burned out of the entire genre, actually. Also really sucks they lost Portnoy.I do listen to the Shins, although I don't have their newest album yet, -

It's a total conversion mod. They're basically remaking the entire game so of course the soldiers are going to have new voices. As for the ironsights, to the best of my knowledge it's an optional feature that can be disabled. -
I haven't even played a proper game yet. I don't know how anyone new (as in, clueless level of new) to DOTA would be up for a tournament. Memorizing every hero alone is something I don't know if I feel like doing :p

Now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I saw that picture on his profile, not the group. He was debating someone on SPUF and basically said "I've been on Steam for 7 years so I'm better than you" and linked to his page for proof.
