DEAL OF THE YEAR! Rayman Origins is only $6!!! For anyone who hasn't played this I cannot recommend it enough. Think Mario Brothers 3 crossed with Super Meat Boy and 5 hits of ecstasy then toss in one of the best soundtracks of all time and you have rayman origins. Ubisoft also shipped this game with no DRM and no uplay requirement to run it. There is no better platformer on steam, BUY IT! From dust is also at a good deal today for anyone who hasn't played that. It's a sandbox world building game in a very literal sense and I've personally gotten dozens of hours of play out of it.

I miss when yugioh had a plot and decent storyline for a show of it's type. Sad it devolved into "30 minute long toy commercial" like every other formulaic anime designed to sell a collectible game to kids.

You should slap together some sort of troll deck to take with you. I had an idea for a deck centered around hexproofing and duplicating fogbanks as a milling deck that milled at the speed my opponent actually draws cards. Try 10 cars. I've seen a Black Lotus graded at 9.5 (not even a perfect 10 in quality) with a price tag of $25,000. A few of those other cars are in the $1000+ price range as well. Speaking of ludicrous amounts of cash spent on cards, I FINISHED MY RAVNICA DECKS! They still need more playtesting and tweaking here and there for balance but they're all essentially complete at this point. Rakdos probably needs the most work in the form of a few lower cost chump blocker creatures and some more desecration demons but nothing huge like the changes I've made to the others.

Adventure Time thread!? I've got a very short list of shows I bother to watch anymore. Walking Dead. Supernatural. Game of Thrones. Dexter. Archer. Adventure Time. That's it. If not for the Venture Brothers I'd say Adventure Time is the best cartoon I've ever seen. I can't believe Nickelodeon turned down the pilot for this. I bet they're kicking themselves almost as much as when Blockbuster refused to buy Netflix.

I've got way too many trading stories to share all of them but my best trade was easily when I traded my TF logo mining light to Cuddletime (A big name trader at the time) for a burning flames big chief. I later found out he overpaid by that ludicrous amount because he needed the mining light to scam a kid out of a burning flames modest pile. I traded away the big chief for a ton of buds and bought back my exact mining light from the kid and overpaid a good deal since he had been scammed hard. Other insane deals I found: TF logo Reggaelator for 8 copies of terraria while it was on sale Purple Fetti Madam Dixie for a $2 sale game 12 buds for a duped houwar $15 steam game for a blizzrd capo Almost all my unusuals are gone now though. They were sold off to pay for a few hundred dollars worth of MTG cards and plane tickets so I could make it to my girlfriend's graduation ceremony. I still have my O fire Pyromancer that I'm sticking on the steam market as soon as unusual trading is allowed. Oh and there was that time this happened...

Do you really think they would launch the nukes at us? They know just as well as we do unless they fired a few hundred of them we'd take them all out before they hit anything. What worries me is Korea going full terrorist on us and smuggling nukes/explosives into our country. If this keeps escalating (which is looking inevitable) Korea isn't going to get anything done through traditional means. The only way they could do any damage to us is through sucker punches and suicide bombers and that's what makes this really frightening.

I think we desperately need a thread like this. I know a good amount of us have android/IOS devices and finding a decent game on those can be a nightmare. App stores are generally seas of complete crap you have to sift through to find that one playable gem so if you find something good please post it here and now for my initial gigantic list of good app games. Mini Motor Racing. Simplistic top down racer with good controls and a huge amount of content for an app game. (Has IAP, not buying doesn't affect gameplay) Jet Car Stunts. Racing platformer with great physics and feel to it. (No IAP) Dungelot. Roguelike fantasy rpg/puzzle game. Free PC download on the website. (No IAP) Knights of Pen & Paper. Fantastic turn based RPG with great humor and a huge amount of content. (Gold purchasable through IAP) Anything made by Rocketcat. These guys have put out a lot of games I've enjoyed so far, Hookworlds and Punch Quest are great takes on the "infinite runner" style of game. (Cosmetic IAP's) Bean's Quest. Retro platformer with a fantastic soundtrack. (No IAP) Kingdom Rush. Tower Defense but done well and avoids being as bland as most TD games are. At least tribes has the GOTY option. As far as most microtransaction fueled games are concerned their business model is very fair.

You could probably play it on a virtual box running windows no problem. Even with an HD retexturing I doubt it will be much more demanding than the original was.
