    I'm Already Sick of Christmas

what do? ..well it doesn't really bother me, but would be fun to experience it sometime. I haven't noticed people decorate the outside of they're houses in my local area yet, except for that ONE house really seems like they overkill it each year and have it ready around november.. Also ginger biscuits are cool Go outside and murder a tree and drag it into your home. Then it decorate with anything shiny and something that lights up (bonus points for actual candles, nothing says christmas like a house fire). Next go out and buy some egg nog then add as much liquor as you can humanly consume. After you've finished drinking all of it walk up to strangers homes and ring their doorbells, when they answer start singing. carols would be ideal but feel free to improvise. Just take your favorite song and stick the words baby jesus, santa, reindeer, snow, christmas, and manger in there. When you're done with that and return home (if it isn't smoldering) exchange terrible gifts with your family that show you don't understand them in the slightest. On to dinner. You will need a ridiculously large ham or turkey and about a half dozen side dishes that never appear for 70% of the year. Eat it, ALL OF IT. Once you think you are at the brink of death crawl into bed and begin crying. Merry Christmas.

Halibut and Rynjin just reminded me of a few other great shows. Home Movies Made by the creator of Metalacolypse, (Watch that too it's fantastic) this show is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. I'll let this clip speak for itself. http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=cii_3XpTHGA Human Target Stream here Highly highly under rated show. In a nutshell it's about a bodyguard who acts as live bait to eliminate threats but oh my god the people behind this show put michael bay to shame. To this day I've never seen anything that had me on the edge of my seat like human target did. The action in this show is absolutely superb but that's not all there is too it. The acting and storyline here is fantastic and it's one of the hidden gems in TV I'm happy I found. Eureka Stream Here The most painfully pleasant show on TV. This is the Andy Griffith Show crossed with Area 51. Not for everyone admittedly but worth giving a shot if you're looking for something cheerful and lighthearted. Dokuro Chan There are very few animes I watch but this... Dear god... http-~~-//www.youtube.com/watch?v=KY6QCX0HPxg Dokuro Chan is the story of an angel from the future that goes back in time to repeatedly murder and bring back to life a boy to prevent him from doing homework and growing up to invent a machine that will stop the aging process and in turn create a world of pedophiles. I'm serious. That's the actual plot...

    HTB

THQ is fairly notorious for not being PC friendly. Hell Saint's Row 2 may as well have been the xbox disc with the word xbox crossed out in marker and "pc version" written underneath it. Metro wasn't all that scary from what I recall. In fact looking back on it I was extremely bored to the point where I didn't even finish it.

So G4 is ending, basically, this month.

First City of Heroes and now G4!? WHY ARE THEY DESTROYING MY CHILDHOOD!? Admittedly it has gotten absolutely terrible in recent years. Attack of the show hasn't been good since Olivia Munn left and the only thing worth watching there now is Ninja Warrior. OH GOD WHERE WILL I WATCH NINJA WARRIOR NOW!?

Loved Top Gear. If you aren't a gearhead you have to sift through the show a bit to find the interesting episodes that aren't just car reviews/discussions but oh god challenge episodes are pure gold. Long live Toyboata.

I loved everything by Hayao Miyazaki. Howl's Moving Castle, Ponyo, Princess Mononoke. All great films. On the topic of anime... IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED CASE CLOSED / DETECTIVE CONAN YOU DONT KNOW WHAT A GOOD MURDER MYSTERY IS Stream here This show has the most bizarre convoluted methods to murder people ever imagined. Honestly I'm amazed japan's crime rate is so low with ideas like these floating around over there. Don't let the Scooby Doo-esque style of the show fool you, this puts any CSI type show we have here to shame. I think there's been about 800 episodes of this made in japan? Sadly only 6 of the movies and a little over 100 of the episodes were dubbed over here but the show is absolutely amazing. I recommend you watch the movie "The 14th Target" first before you jump into the TV series to get a feel for the show.

I recommend substituting sleep with anything mentioned above. Relevant.

I've heard a few people mention the wire as well. It gets compared to Battlestar quite a bit. Anyone here watched any of it? If you like the Dresden Files you might want to check out the TV show Supernatural. It's a bit mindless at times but generally entertaining. There was also a TV adaptation of the dresden files but it didn't survive long (like anything that's on the sci-fi channel survives long). Edit: Also from the sound of Mistborn you would probably really enjoy the movie Chronicle if you haven't seen it.

    I don't even

Pshhh... What a tryhard. I have my movement keys bound to a tony hawk ride board, aiming mapped to a wii remote I hold under my armpit, and all other controls assigned to a guitar using the rocksmith adapter.

    Saints Row 3

Wow, THQ really is in trouble. I know they've been desperate for sales recently but damn. http://www.polygon.com/2012/11/5/3606442/thq-posts-21-million-loss-seeking-financing-after-key-game-delays THQ is now officially the homeless man of publishing world, begging for nickels to buy a developement team, or drugs... (It's probably for drugs)
  14. With my girlfriend soon to be stuck halfway across the country for one more semester, the death of CoH, and both her computers incapable of running TF2 anymore I'd like to find something new we can play together. She's got an Imac (5 years old I think?) and a decent gaming rig but it's on a micro ATX board and is extremely prone to overheating so nothing we can't play anything extremely strenuous. As far as games go I'd really rather not get dragged into another MMO. The few games she's played and liked were Mass Effect, TF2, City of heroes, Return to Castle Wolfenstein (I don't know, I really don't understand her some time...), Morrowwind, and she loves Magic the gathering but sadly MTGO is a steaming pile and DOTP won't run to save her life. Any suggestions?

She got bored with that fast I loved the game however. You really should finish it though the end is a bit dissapointing. I just picked up the newest DLC for it during the fall sale so I'm hoping the storyline continues on in that.

Even if she doesn't want to play I'm up for some L4D2. Anyone who wants to get together and play feel free to add me.

Portal 2 we've already played to death, maybe I can convince her to pick it back up though. Trine we've already played through together. And I already tried getting her into TL2 with no luck. Borderlands might be a bit too much for her rig to handle I think and I'm not sure she would enjoy castle crashers enough to play it for very long. I know she liked L4D the last time she played but god, that community...

That's because my opinions are worthless. She messed around with minecraft a few months ago and didn't seem all that impressed with it. I can't imagine she would enjoy terraria much either. The last game aside from CoH and TF2 we played together for any great length was the original soul calibur. I'd kill to see that come to steam with online multiplayer.

CS might be perfect why didn't I think of that? And I'll be able to still use my awful spray she hates me for! Thanks jay.

Gaming with her is a blast, back when she could run TF2 it gave me the unique opportunity to annoy the hell out of her. I managed to grab a really terrible picture of her over skype that's been my spray ever since... How am I not single?... Thanks for the suggestion but I should mention she's never enjoyed a strategy game unless you count MTG.

    Saxxie Awards Results

Badwater Bebop and Till death do us part were robbed. And while I really loved practical problems, the new music they added for the saxxy entry was so damn repetitive I could barely watch that version.

No introduction needed, you have quite the reputation even on normal SPUF still. Heard alot of stories about those revoloutionary ideas. Sad they were before my time.
