So will the first thing you say to her on your date be "The Last Door?". -

Yeah, unless the dorm you end up going to is so full that you have to choose between a three-person room with other "engineering major students" (aka nerds), or a two-person room with the jocks. I decided that sharing nine months of my life in a prison cell-sized room with two people was something I didn't want to deal with. Little did I suspect how suffocating it would be to be surrounded by loud neighbors and stuck with a roommate who has nothing in common with me. Maybe it would have been just as bad to be sharing that tiny space with two guys even if they turned out to be my best friends, but I'll never know. But uh yeah, have fun getting to know your peers and stuff. College is great! Your future starts hare! Yaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!! Now imagine yourself living in a dorm with two SPUFpowered members. -
Wait what? I've never seen this happen. In fact, I'm certain it's not true, because you get three hints for each emerald shard that cycle in the pause menu and go away once you've found it. That said, I'm calling it now: You're gonna ragequit at Mad Space. Alright, I admit I was wrong about that, but it doesn't matter because I just discovered that this game has a Kart-racing minigame. It's pretty bad because it just consists of a bunch of Sonic characters in the same kart with different colors driving down a generic looking road that was recycled from one of Tails' levels, your worst obstacle being the game's turning controls. What was this game trying to be?

Sonic Adventure 2 adventures: For those of you who don't know, the goal of Knuckles' and Rouge's levels is to search for three emerald pieces across the map. To help you find them, the game has a radar system which tracks how close you are to one of the pieces. In addition, they give you many hints as to where they are located. Sound simple, right? Well here's the problem: 1) The game only tracks one emerald piece at a time. You could be searching everywhere for the one emerald piece, and once you do find it, you'll have to backtrack the entire level to find the other two pieces. 2) The hints, however, do not track one emerald at a time. You could get a hint that tells where one emerald is, and it is most likely that the hint is not for the emerald the game is tracking. To make things worse, the hints themselves are incredibly vague, such as "In a rock" or "Near water". 3) The maps are fucking enormous! http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=496360035 That is about 50% of Knuckles' final stage. Overall, these problems make the treasure-hunting stages a slog to get through, and they take up so much space of the game. Anyway, after the fart that was "Meteor Herd", the game decides to have a level where you play as Sonic upside-down and sideways, because WHY NOT? Eggman, however, manages to trap Sonic and eject him out to space, sending the hedgehog towards Earth. Unfortunately, Sonic manages to escape this death trap by using a fake Chaos emerald to teleport back to the discount-Death Star. Somehow. Anyway, after a surprisingly decent Sonic level, we get to the final boss of the Hero story: SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG?! The fight is very boring as it mostly consists of Sonic and Shadow running along an endless road in space while occasionally bumping into each other. After that, Sonic blows up the laser of the discount-Death Star and the day is saved. So I've finished the Hero side. Now to do the DARK side where we'll get a mature and in-depth storyline.

I'm not entirely sure how it works but it seems that you need to grind materials for the Chao by replaying levels, which I'd rather not touch again. No, but you are insane for deciding to get all 180 emblems.

Sonic Adventure 2 adventures: After Knuckles repeatedly bangs his head inside a pyramid looking for keys, he encounters an extremely obnoxious ghost whose entire boss fight literally consists of running around in circles while he slobbers all over you. After that, it turns out Sonic and Tails were right; there WAS a launch pad inside the pyramid (because that's how Eggman rolls). Eggman himself turns up inside the pyramid and summons ANOTHER boss fight (as well as a hilarious attempt by Sega to add a Boss description): Once that's taken care of, Sonic and co. decide to fly the rocket ship to Eggman's discount-death star. Along the way, Sonic accidentally releases all the master emerald shards that I spent a long time looking for FUCK YOU SONIC. Then Tails decides to go run around in the ship in a horribly designed level, while Knuckles re-continues his search for the master emerald, and since I get depressed every time a Knuckles level starts, I stopped there. I'm still not sure which game is worse: this, or Sonic Adventure 1. Time will tell I guess, because I haven't even gotten to the dark edgy story yet.

I am personally going to mock every Demon Hunter I see. I'll then visit the Goldshire inn on Moonguard.

Sonic Adventure 2 adventures: After being chased by the SONIC MILITARY, Sonic and Tails hatch a plan to hack the PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES' limo, who is currently being persuaded by Eggman to surrender to his Egg empire. Knuckles suddenly pops out of a sewer, having survived his journey through Halloween town and a shitty water mine. After having hacked the POTUS' limo, all three (plus Amy) conclude that Eggman is hiding out in space, having gotten there using his secret PYRAMID base. THIS GAME HAS NO IDEA WHAT IT WANTS TO BE.

I'd argue that the co-founder of the website is just as visible, but you're right: scapegoats exist. That doesn't excuse the level of harassment she has received. I also think it's important to observe the situation through a feminist perspective because, in addition to the "glass cliff" phenomena that I linked above, women being the target of harassment and death threats on the internet isn't exactly uncommon. Regardless, my point still stands. If you're going to claim something as a fact, back it up.

You're not making any sense here. My point was that Pao was not the one behind the mess with Victoria and the AMAs, as it was the co-founder and executive chairman who was responsible for it. Whether you like it or not, that is the truth. The fact that so many people on Reddit were quick to place the blame on Pao was concerning to me. The level of hatred she received, from racist and sexist comments to death threats, was completely unwarranted, especially because there was no evidence. It reminds me of the boston bombing witch hunt, when Reddit accused an innocent man of being one of the bombers. Much like this scenario, there was no evidence to support their claims. It's important to always support your claims with facts, especially when it involves other people.

I don't follow. Have interim CEO make stupid changes, get rid of them, blame them, but keep the stupid changes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass_cliff
