Yea. A lot of the weapons suck. Pretty much the only things you may want to buy a bolt action rifle as an Infiltrator and a vehicle locking rocket launcher as a Heavy Assault. Stock is pretty good for everything else.

You got that many certs since they recently gave a refund to people who bought the same item for multiple classes (I think that's it) Just buy guns and gun attachments. As much as you can.

I believe you are talking about Mother 4. Its a fan game but it has gotten huge reception and Shigesato Itoi even talked about it.
