    Pandemic is super fun and not all too time consuming to play. Definitely one of the best board games to just pick up and play especially with new people.

    If you're really set on composing digitally I would get comfortable with a more professional DAW like Ableton Live or FL Studio because they really aren't as hard to use as it might appear. Musically you could look to a lot of theory and shit but if you aren't too interested in that and want baby steps just start with some samplepack or make your own loops.

     

    Honestly I would start with actual instruments if you know any that would be suited to whatever type of music you want to be composing. Digital tracks are cool and all but nothing beats the actual thing if you're capable of playing it.
