  1. For anyone who cares:

    https://www.ea.com/games/starwars/battlefront/star-wars-battlefront-2/news/celebration-edition-rise-of-skywalker-roadmap-update

    Spoiler

Imagine Vader force choking a soccer ball.

But in all seriousness, I'm about as hyped as when they introduced co-op. Seriously considering upgrading to Celebration Edition, if only of how much of a steal it is for the skins. (all the skins currently in the game for the price of 2000 crystals? yes please.)

I'm hyped for co-op and instant action for ST. Not only this means I can level up the ST heroes without dealing with bs online, this also all but confirms OT will be getting co-op and IA sometime next year once the ST catches up in content, then this game will be finally complete.

I also lmao at the people complaining about the new "heroes", not necessarily because who they're putting the game (I highly suspect this is a goof until they reveal the ACTUAL ST heroes because of spoilers), but because they complain it's not [INSERT PREQUEL ERA HERO HERE]. Like, bruh, in September they literally said they were taking a break from PT, in what universe did you think they would keep adding Prequel heroes? Let the other eras (particularly ST) catch up content-wise. This includes heroes. (tbf Clone Wars S7 might give the PT one last hurrah, other than that...)

My prediction is that early 2020 is gonna be all ST content, while they're saving OT for later in the year since that era needs the least amount of catch up, as well as having the most maps, which also means the most work needed to put in CS ,Co-Op and IA.

Overall I'm impressed how Dice has pulled a No Man's Sky on this game and I can't wait for what 2020 brings.

  2. E3 scoring:

    Spoiler

    Microsoft: 7/10

A lot of awesome new stuff announced, but held down by lack of gameplay from last year's stuff. (Looking at you Gears 5 and Halo Infinite)

    Bethesda: 4/10

    Carried by Doom Eternal.

    Devolver: 11/10

As always. Carrion looks like a really interesting concept. Was reminded to pre-order My Friend Pedro for my Switch and I did, and it comes out on my birthday. Yipee.

    SqEnix & Ubisoft: ?/10

Not even going to rate these guys because I just simply do not care for their games. Saw the FF7 remake trailer later, and that was pretty hype.

    Nintendo: 9/10

What more can I say? The only thing not pushing it to a 10, is lack of news about Prime 4. I'm just happy Banjo got in and not Minecraft Steve as the MS rep.

    Overall: 6 "Guh-Huh!"s/10

Carried by Microsoft and Nintendo again like last year.

It's been like years; how long have you been formulating the perfect name?

I like to play the long game.

You could've called it the chuck norris pan and I think that would have been way cooler.

Chuck Norris has a gold pan irl, he don't need no sissy virtual pan. It would be beneath him.
