​See you next month. ​It generally doesn't take a month, as soon as you get your first reply, then the next few don't take so long. The long 1 month+ cases are heard of the most because they're the vocal minority. I've had a run in with Steam Support and it was fairly straightforward and took maybe 2 days at tops (This was July 2012 so I think it might've taken shorter, this was the only reason why I made my SPUF account). The real issue with Steam Support is the automated messages based on keywords in your ticket. 2 days is still pretty bad though. ​Steam support takes like an hour if there are payment problems (because once my paysafecard didn't register properly), but up to a few weeks if it is something like TF2. It's weird.

There is no way to check newest unread messages of a thread on a mobile. Also the inability to use the desktop version on a mobile. Also, viewing a thread crashes my phone, but I think that's because it's outdated.

Afaik Expert+ bots rush with a Knife. Also, Elite bots (or whatever the difficulty is you can't choose) have a reaction time of 0.04 secs. Fun. I keep losing games and I'm now at nova 2. Played on a fun, customized rpg server whose only viable strat is to kill high levels with shotguns. Or fire 30 AK headshots if both you and the enemy have maxed health/lifesteal. Sawed-Off is hilariously fun. I use the word fun a lot.
