I dunno about the achievements and shit, and how they transfer, but if they payed for those characters to be moved to another account then I doubt that Blizzard would have a problem with it. I've always thought that utility was BS, because it means you can buy and sell characters, but I don't think there would be a problem if they payed to move them over and then payed to move them back.

I'm not sure how they did it, Sco just laughed it off on his stream when people mentioned it, but people are reckoning it was done by paying for character transfers to other accounts. It seems wrong but I don't know why that would be against the rules if the character transfer is sold by Blizzard. Still better than Nihilum tho
