I have no issue with recharging skills, but Ults seem iffy as all shazbot. That fuckin dragon that can go through walls sounds like the most frustrating thing to have popped on you unexpectedly, and unlike in Mobas you can't just build tanky or something to avoid an ult. The only ults that seem okay are Widowmakers and Tracers, and MAYBE Zenyatta's if it doesn't last for a year.

But there's no sense crying over every mistake. You just keep on trying 'til you run out of cake. And the science gets done. And you make a neat gun for the people who are still alive. gib gun plz good obscure reference
