The Official Random Image Thread!! SPUF style

It seems like a simple order of operations error, but 4! is, as you said, 4*3*2(*1) is 24, which happens to be the correct answer. -

That's clever. -
Post your builds, real or expected, so I can laugh at it. Here's mine. With an R93 (or if the situation demands it, Thanatos) you become the closest thing to a tank in the game with an extremely powerful and accurate weapon and a shitload of armor. And all the major bonuses of Technician's support.

Dude, I'll grind you noobs up to at least level 30 in no time. Ask Guy, it's true.

Some games are so bad they can be entertaining. Isn't that what playing games is all about? I'd never buy a bad game that I can laugh about for an hour or two for $60. But one that I can buy just from selling a few trading cards is worth it, in my opinion.

Why not, it's not like Bad Rats will become the next fuckin' Call of Duty because people buy it as a joke.

Hostages are there to be traded when someone gets in custody and to make your life harder during stealth and shootings, as they can start the alarm and makes you lose money if you kill them. Stealth in Payday 2 is 'Do not let the alarm go off' rather than 'Do not be spotted', there are a lot of variables on this, like cameras, doors, your drills, bystanders and guards. You can destroy cameras on all settings but Deathwish, where they are invincible Titan Cameras, but you can also deactivate the cameras by either finding the control room or using the Ghost skill to scramble the signal for some time. If a guard spots a destroyed camera, broken window, picklocked door, hears your drill, sees a corpse, etc, they will start to sound the alarm and you have seconds to kill them. After you kill a guard, you need to awnser the pager, you have some seconds to do so, there is a limit on how many times you can do it, but I dont remember. You can also bag the body to carry it around, everyone starts with one bag, a Ghost skill can add another and be able to buy an asset that adds a case with another 3 somewhere in the map. The pager needs to be answered within 12.5 seconds, and it takes ten seconds to answer one. The alarm goes off after 5 pagers so you can answer 4 safely. Hostages also delay assault waves. The more you have, the longer the downtime between them.

Some assholes analyzed what women and men say on Facebook. I think it's really funny. -
The Sniper DLC is really really helpful if you're going to play the Death Wish difficulty, so get that. Gage Pack #2 has LMGs which are great for crowd control, so that's a good one. Gage Mod Pack gives really good mods (that are exclusive to it) and a little bit of extra xp. Something you should pick up. Armored Transport's heists are pretty bad, with low payouts and are generally not fun to play in my opinion. The Train Heist is alright, it gives a lot of money but is by no means easy especially on higher difficulties. If you're really strapped for cash just do Firestarter, it's quicker and easier. Plus you can play them without owning the DLC if the host owns it, so I wouldn't advise picking it up. The Big Bank is really fun and gives decent rewards but once again, you can play it without owning it if the host has it, so I'd pass. Gage Pack #1 has alright weapons and grenades, but can't hold a candle to the other weapon packs, so get it if you like the guns it offers.

It's one of the greatest games if you have friends that will play it with you, it's just okay otherwise.

And an apparently unhealthy one, at that. -
Besides the obvious wrongly colored demoman, also note Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven in the background.

The Ratchet and Clank Trilogy, the Jak and Daxter trilogy, Okami, Ace Combat 4, 5, and 0, and the PS2 Burnout games.

.jpg My browser crashed the first time I scrolled down to that.

Yep, that's the same heatsink I have on my CPU, and that's where it should be. Isn't the CPU the square thing just above and to the left of the white connector in the middle of the picture? I'm having a hard time figuring out what I'm looking at, though, since the picture's a bit fuzzy. Yeah, by "and that's where it should be" I was referring to the heatsink being on top of my CPU. Still amazed Intel still uses the same shitty connectors for their heatsinks though.

They obviously need to remember the basics of CQC. -

Looks like Slenderman is getting slandered, man. -
He broke the fourth wall to gaze at me with eyes full of contempt, letting me know that even getting shot through the brain is nothing compared to his hate for me.

Air Control.

What was this? It's removed now. A promo trailer for a simple satirical game where you play as Roger Whatever, the guy who shot up UCSB. One of the comments was "Can't Dodge the Rodge" which I found hilarious.

Was it the one with the Dance Dance Revolution mech level and the FPS level against the cooties Yep, that's the one. I also remember some sort of time traveling go-kart race.

Locked and Loaded: In Which Where We Post About Firearms
Raison d'être replied to Arm the Homeless's topic in General Discussion
I would like one or a couple. God, the older Thompsons are such good-looking guns, at least compared to the ones that were simplified for wartime production. -
Every now and then I remember this one Dexter's Lab game for the PS1. When I was really young I used to replay that game once every day for a month or two. I don't know why, it wasn't exceptionally good or anything.
