The coolest things I did was mostly just sniping chopper pilots out of their choppers - never gets old seeing the rotors slowly spin down as the chopper descends into the ground. I wish Battlelog showed BC2 statistics, but if what I did in BC2 was anything like in BF3 I'd either play as a sniper and waste everyone's time or become suppression king.

I don't remember much about Bad Company 2's story mode (I just remember driving across a huge desert - I do know it was better than 3's or 4's) but its multiplayer had a certain je ne sais quoi about it. Maybe it was the Carl Gustav being a WMD, maybe it was the fact that you could blow up whole buildings for the first time, maybe it was the huge variety in map types (Port Valdez all day every day), I don't really know what but goddamn it was fun. I do know the Thompson was a badass weapon though.

I know damn well that I played the story modes BF3 and BF4, but I could not tell you one thing that happened in them. Bad Company, however, I can remember most of what happened in that game despite not playing it for the better part of a decade.

They don't seem to be that picky with it, as long as you're not blatantly cheating I doubt the guy who looks over it cares.

Overdrill? We did it first try. If you take all the cash and get to the "blow a hole in the wall to escape" objective cops stop spawning from the elevators and you can hold off the waves from the hallway indefinitely, with one man in each of the little holes in the wall. Was pretty lackluster honestly, but it will probably be difficult enough with randoms.

I'd probably just be a flying brick if there were a lot of other superpowers around. Ain't so super if everyone has them though.

I'd mostly game the stock market honestly. Not too much, only a few million. I'd also help people out, say if a lady was about to fall off a cliff I'd drag her back and tell her to be more careful. I'd also send anonymous tips to the spooks letting them know where bombs are. Precog is a great power honestly, he who controls the future may as well control the present. Plus it's not like it can be found out, you can just claim it was luck.

Mostly what I don't understand was why they added PvP. I had literally never heard of it being asked for and nobody I knew wanted it. I never even considered it. I've never touched it and I don't think I ever will. How much time did they sink into that? And why?

All my games recently have been Emperor/Huge/Continents/Epic and they all usually go the same basic way. I meet some King of Assholes (Alexander, Attila), watch with bated breath as they encroach upon my lands, eventually beat back their attack because the AI sucks shit at offense, then build up a big tech lead while some preeminent power gobbles up 2-3 other civs, then I have to nuke them to keep them down. Then I usually win a science/culture victory because conquering 12 cities sucks balls. Should probably move up to Immortal but the AI buffs scare me. Also, my man Carl wrote a guide here helped me a lot.

Honest answer? I don't know. Maybe there's some hope - native-born Engilsh-speaking Hispanics are more Republican than immigrants. If we shut down immigration now and aggressively encourage civic nationalism maybe, maybe it'll work. It's worth a shot. If not, peaceful secession if it gets to that point.

You cannot build a nation out of a piece of paper, it must have an ethnic core. You can have minorities but once there's no clear majority to assimilate to the whole fucking thing collapses like a house of cards. The founders understood this. From The Federalist #2: Ethnic political alignments subdue over time but they never truly go away.
