Only time will tell? Hardly. This doesn't change much of anything. Twitch is rarely used for anything other than watching live streams, and those aren't affected because of different copyright laws. All this shows is the path that Twitch is willing to go down. That they aren't the champions of Fair Use that some people believed them to be.
