Aaaaand the exploitation has begun in Watch_Dogs multiplayer... Ran into a guy that literally had about 60 cars trapped at a stop light, so the only way to hack him was to walk up to him, or sit in a trapped car. Both make it extremely easy for him to find you. I got out, but it annoys me there are people just sitting in game waiting to be hacked.

  In general, if the car is made after the late eighties, the entire process would be computer controlled, the sensors would detect a change in air pressure and adjust the fuel injectors to fire more fuel to compensate for the denser air.   Adjustments are only needed in the car is carbureted, but carburetors are only found on classic cars, rarely in a modern car.   Also what is the year, make and model, just curious.   2002 Honda CRV

Oh, hey I got a new one. I'll be taking my car from Colorado when I head off to college in Florida in a few months, and I've heard from a few people that there's some sort of adjustment that needs to be done when you move from extremes of altitude.
