No. I play Dark Souls already and it's still a long shot from what I imagine, except for how combat is handled and how the world is built. Every item you pick up and put in your inventory adds to your weight, shows up on your character (if it's not stuffed in your backpack), and subtracts from your ability to traverse dangerous terrain such as cliff faces or floors that break under too much pressure. Conversely, having more equipment before setting out lets you gather more crafting materials or cheat at puzzles a little. Also from what I've played Dark Souls has no puzzles, nor good "acrobatics".
