Serebii has the lore for why quaza megas when the other two are primal. It was a primal age, early in the world's history... The natural world was overflowing with energy. When Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre had battled for 20 dawns and 20 nights, the world began to lose its natural balance and tilt toward destruction. The people, unable to endure any more, cried out to their mighty savior Rayquaza before a great stone that shone with rainbow brilliance. And a change came upon Rayquaza, weaving in the sky above Primal Groudon and Primal Kyogre. Suffused in brilliant light, its body began to transform visibly. And then... So yeah. Kyogre and Groudon get old and dumb (and strong) while Rayquaza gets powered up because of human faith or whatever.

No. I play Dark Souls already and it's still a long shot from what I imagine, except for how combat is handled and how the world is built. Every item you pick up and put in your inventory adds to your weight, shows up on your character (if it's not stuffed in your backpack), and subtracts from your ability to traverse dangerous terrain such as cliff faces or floors that break under too much pressure. Conversely, having more equipment before setting out lets you gather more crafting materials or cheat at puzzles a little. Also from what I've played Dark Souls has no puzzles, nor good "acrobatics".

Lucas's moveset from Brawl is actually in Smash 4... as 3 of Ness's 6 custom moves. Interesting. The phasing PK thunder, the non-trap PK fire, PK freeze as it was, and PK magnet as it was. Oh, and apparently Ganondorf does use his sword in a custom neutral-b. It's a reverse-grip stab that's faster than regular and has super-armor, but is weaker.
