A friend of mine was talking with someone else about Origin and the discussion culminated in this: "Except Origin is run by EA, which is a company that would literally restrict your access to your own family for a profit if they could." The gameplay is damn fun, but as dr evilbrain said, it gets severely annoying when gunfights become a necessity. Also, for the ending, I remember saying this back in August of last year when I finished it (paraphrasing):

There is very little I can think of that TFS has done that tops Vegeta getting kicked in the nuts to the strains of Ave Maria. The Hobbit 2: The Padding of Bullshit.

Alpha, coin toss, Mudkip. And then Breloom and Gardevoir.

Power items + hordes. The best part of super training isn't the actual training but the handy dandy EV chart it gives.

Mega Swampert's appearance totally fits the tank build it usually gets. Its ability, less so. Same with Sceptile's mega and the bladed Christmas tree it now has for a tail... and lightningrod. The fuck.

Pet peeve #6 of anime/manga: Ludicrously spoileriffic episode/chapter titles. In a similar vein, Bleach's chapter titles tend to get... weird. A lot of chapters (not necessarily in the same arc) will be "title" and a number. The silliest was when chapters 399 to 421 were literally "Deicide" 1-23. This coming as the ludicrously drawn-out climax of the already ludicrously drawn-out Aizen war made it even more irritating. Some bizarre titles that don't make sense even in context: 276: Blookin' Beast 381: Words Just Don't Like You 484: The Buckbeard 574: DEATH IN VISION (All caps- three of the next six chapters were also in capslock) My favorite: 521 "A Piggy Party" which also has the funniest intro ever.

I'm imagining using the parachute for like half a second while in midair just to halt movement ever so slightly.

the ones I know: Code Geass is arguably most famous for the utterly splintered fanbase that Season 2 (R2) caused. It's good, but way overhyped. (Kinda like Attack On Titan in that regard) Clannad: HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAHA *ahem* FLCL: Do not go into it looking to comprehend things. Shows that I'd add: FMA Brotherhood (Action, Plot, and I'd argue top priority) Attack on Titan, if only because it's ludicrously popular currently and it helps to keep up with the hype at least somewhat. However, the show has a mile-high Jaw Drop to Episode ratio. (action) Toradora. I genuinely did not expect a romcom anime to be in my top twenty. It's in my top ten or so. (Drama, Comedy, Romance, Slice of Life, fantastic) my top 10 on further recollection: 1. FMA 2. One Piece 3. Nanoha 4. Fate Zero 5. Gurren Lagann 6. Madoka 7. Naruto, DBZ, Bleach, all with a massive NOSTALGIA tag hanging over them like the sword of Damocles- hence the one spot on the list. 8. Toradora 9. Girls und Panzer 10. Eyeshield 21 (manga only- the anime sucked)
