I used a cake pan. It was a pain to get out. I imagine it'd be a lot easier to get out of a cast iron because of the sloped walls. You do have to use a lot of oil, though, on the step where it calls for adding oil to the pan, so it might make the paper gooey.

i followed this https://imgur.com/gallery/hwq0z Also, don't use cake pans / steep-sided cast iron pans. Use the cheap ones like this so you can just invert them to remove the pizzas. You do have to actually mass it out, by the way - I had to use an old balance scale for that.
