Unfortunately yes, but I've found out they get more irritated if I keep reminding them of their failure if they went around first that their hacks were undetectable by VAC. It gives a weird sense of satsification to see them raging at you in all caps.

Report the sod and schadefreude him when VAC takes them out. The sheer denial they show most times is hilarious.

That would have helped, seeing as I cannot even remember him backstabbing one of the Engies for the round I was in.

I think that one of the problems was that the Scout I replaced for half a round didn't use Bonk to distract the sentries.
