I picked up Payday the Heist and I can't stop the grind. Old Hoxton is too good and I'm forever grinding solo Overkill First World Bank by rushing bank manager, getting drill, drilling, and deleting security files. One day, I'll get into the Overdrill and steal that 70 million worth of Mayan gold.

Mystery Dungeon is the sole exception for the entire series. If you cried at anything Gen V related, then you are a dork of the highest caliber. Oh, and for another unpopular opinion: I heavily dislike Pokemon's Generation V. The story might have been better, but good lord, is the majority of Unova's pokemon horrid design-wise. What do you mean? Ice cream is totally a good base for a pokemon.

Get the Vexed Native mod. It speeds up money gain by increasing tournament pots, right to rule, and other stuff.

Everything except armored heist and big bank unless you plan on hosting them. From most essential to least essential: Gage Pack #1 Gage Sniper Pack Gage Mod pack Gage Pack #2 Armored Transport Big Bank I beg to differ. Armored Transport should be the first to grab because they give easy cash if you get the Train heist, and the 3 weapons are all really good. Gruber Kruz and Swedish K are IMHO the best stealth guns. Gage Pack #1 should be an instant grab next because grenades and the Spec Ops. Some argue that the Eagle Heavy Rifle is good enough to compete with the Car-4, but it's your choice. Depending on how you play, you may want Sniper Pack or Pack #2 for either sniper rifles or LMGs respectively. The last knife you unlock in Pack #2 is useful for stealth due to it's extra range though. Gage Mod Pack has lodsauseful weapon mods, but you'll want the weapons first. They're mainly weapon sights. Big Bank is the newest one, but it includes pre-planning heists and obviously the biggest map in Payday 2.

DLC or base game?

I really hope Rust goes on sale. I know Garry Newman, Minh Le, and the other guys need their dosh, but I need my dosh too.

Remember to rush to tournaments to grab late game gear as soon as possible. Also, the best army is Nord Huscarls, Rhodok Sharpshooters, and Swadian Knights, just sayin'.
