I don't know how you snipe, but I find that playing aggressive crowd control/light infantry is the best way to snipe usually. If you want to be more dedicated to specials, go with the R93 for oneshot heads, but if you prefer sniping entire squads super aggresively like me, the Rattlesnake can be useful. Also, I usually run the lower armor types as mobility is key for running around and playing light infantry, but if you want your CTV or ICTV, getting tier bonuses is key. Ghost T4 bonus is basically necessary for ICTV and every Stamina bonus also helps. Also, from my experience, Overkill just isnt worth it unless you are dedicated to shotguns. Keep in mind that you'll probably want to use the snipers 99% of the time. Secondaries will probably be for collecting ammo is anything at all. I would consider switching shotties for a high power SMG like the Kobus or Spec Ops instead.

Sora no Woto's ending really sealed it as amazing. The way it just tied everything together, making almost every event in the plot important and comprehensible made it great.

The thing about sentries is that Technicians have so many good skills and sentries take up so many skill points to be anywhere near decent. They basically need all the skills aced and can pretty much only be used to distract enemies when escaping on something like Watchdogs Day 1 or Firestarter Day 2. Even then, people would manually have to take care of Shields as fast as possible because sentries are dumb and will waste all their ammo trying to penetrate the shield. As far as distractions go, Jammers with Feedback are better for stalling enemies and they are pretty ridiculous for something like Firestarter Day 1. Sentries are just the longer lasting variant that will most of the time either die or run out of ammo before anything useful happens.

Obviously SWAT teams should practice their popflashes more so it actualy blinds people. But on a serious note, SWAT teams are designed as heavily armed troops that repond to armed suspects. Despite original calls from idiots trying to SWAT, the team probably already cased the area and then they breached and cleared the building. Seeing that Kootra and the Creatures owned some pretty realistic props, they had reasonable enough doubt. The thing that matters now is that Kootra is supposedly out of custody and the thing has been sorted out more or less.

The thing about swatting is that the idiots that are doing it usually use proxies and tor along with what I heard is a system that allows deaf people to contact the police. And really there's nothing that the police can do about it because no one wants to be the guy who lets people die because they thought the call was a prank. One random thing I notice is that it tends to be CounterStrike streamers. But that might just be because I watch a lot of CS:GO streams.
