Have you checked the control panel on what programs might be running? You can delete from there if you can find it, just look for something unfamiliar or suspicious. If all else fails you could probably use a registry sweeper. If not, then take it to Geek Squad or something and they'll probably fix it. It really shouldn't come to that however, since it's just adware and usually doesn't corrupt your systems to cause crashes and stuff. Have you tried to download any "free" software lately in order t odo something? Or downloaded a software from somewhere other than the official site for that software?
