I played like two hours of it a few months ago, so I couldn't tell you if it has lasting appeal. I will say that if you can get past the asstacular graphics, there's nothing quite as tense as hiding in grass six feet from a mustachioed robot who wants to make your skin into a fashionable tea cozy. This, pretty much. I found it fun.

What the hell valve why did you hurt my Eureka Effect and why the gunslinger thing too. The rest of the update, though, seems pretty awesomesauce.

I was all excited because I found an xbox 360 controller for $15 on amazon and I had $16 in gift card credit but then I realized it was a shitty knockoff with a ton of complaints. Bleh.

I just watched Desolation of Smaug and hated it.

I got linked this a few days back and proceeded to read it until 4 am. http://www.lackadaisycats.com I like the 20s a lot, and cats are of course the staple food of internet humor, and holy crap there's even a good plot, so what's not to love?

It promised to be a fort building/survival with space exploration, insane weapon and vehicle customization and terrain destruction. Right now its a terrible and unoptimized mess with broken settings, no tutorials and no updates for a year. The Star Forge is also a place you have to go in KOTOR1. It builds spaceships and robots. Wasn't it an old thing the Rakata left behind?

I suddenly am finding myself in need of a controller for the platformers I ended up with from humble bundles and whatnot. Anyone have anything to recommend?

I'm happy with the post, as I view it as a neat bonus in a game that I have not yet tired of. I can understand how some players could be less than thrilled if the current game is losing it's appeal.

Well cool beans. If there's a way to cancel the parachute during use, it could be interesting I guess, but being stuck as a floater would be sucky.

Ah, okay. I totally missed the one at Liar's Berg. I get the feeling I'm playing Maya wrong... I seem to be incapable of playing any game without somehow playing like I play Pyro, so I am basically lurking around corners with a shotgun and treating Phaselock as an airblast with cooldown to trap specific enemies. I'm managing to get through stuff though, so perhaps I am actually doing SOMETHING right.

Tried it. Surprisingly fun for something that simple. Won on my fourth try and never again afterwards.

So I am BL2ing, and apparently I am an absolute dingus, because I cant figure out how to equip cosmetic changey things. How do I do this? Also, I wish I had money to buy Krieg. He just seems like a cool and fun and different character.
