You can one-shot a bulldozer in stealth, so that's not the real problem. The problem is that you generally have more than four guards, so you can't just kill them all. Line of sight around the bridge is massive, so it's easy to get spotted by the remaining guards.

I think some weapons dont count as 'hold down fire button', the cannon being one of them. At least it never worked for me, had to get it with the laser I tried to get it with the scattergun thing and got one kill. I wound up getting it with a laser, though.

Charisma almost always becomes a dump stat for me. It has very little to do with putting bullets into bad people. I need to try a character based around it sometime, though.
