Honestly, Commander, if you'd just work on actually communicating with us, things might go a bit easier for you. When this all started, there was no real word sent out on what was happening. I had to ask someone else if they had the same "problem" as I did, and then I had to ask here on the forums. Then the only reply I got was "It's intentional, I'm experimenting." Experimenting with what? Why? How long would this take? It's getting really frustrating to have things change on the forum and not be able to see that everything's fine, the forum isn't borking up. Or that discussion has to happen after the change rather than before the change even takes place.

I'm still in favor of bringing it back to the front page. And it's clear that the majority of us agrees.

I liked having the status updates as they served as a dumping ground for stuff that really wasn't TIAM-worthy, but didn't need its own thread. It was like our own "Random Bullshit" thread, minus the thread. It was all so nicely organized, being able to comment on specific statuses and not needing to keep track of an entire thread's worth of bullshit. I don't particularly agree with having them removed from the Index page, however, for a couple reasons. Their removal leaves a bit of empty space now that we really can't do much with (At least, to my knowledge), the statuses were a great way to fill in that empty space while still serving a purpose. Their removal from the Index page makes it less streamlined, as you now have to visit a different page just for the statuses. Additionally, there is no easy way to get to the Statuses page without bookmarking it, while this does seem like an insignificant complaint, it's just another bookmark to have to keep track of, and it was nice to just glance at the side of the page to see if anything new had been posted.

I have way too many ringtones that I currently use. Mostly because I use different ringtones for certain people so it's easier for me to identify the people who call me the most. My default ringtone is Eros and Apollo from Studio Killers, Mother's ringtone is the last portion of Alchemy from Johnny Hollow, one of my friends has Doki Doki Morning from BABYMETAL, her husband has the starting bit of Dirty Spaceman from BadLipReading, Mother's fiance has a different part from Dirty Spaceman, and Chief has Dead Man Walking by Davie Bowie.
