This. I'm a Democrat, yes, but I can understand that some disagree with the bill (I'm not gonna go with specifics, because I'm regrettably somewhat uninformed on them). But to effectively hold the legislative process- and a fuckton of jobs in turn- hostage to stop something? They're making themselves look like the villain. And, well, *bites tongue* yeah I really don't want to go politico here, but that's my two cents.

There's always been a few off the wall mons per generation, though. GEN 1: Grimer family, Tangela, Mr. Mime, Jynx... GEN 2: Unown, Smeargle, Wobbuffet 3: Shedinja, Mawile, Chimecho 4: Burmy family, Drifloon, Spiritomb 5: Vanillish, Garbodor, Reuniclus I don't really see bad design as a worry, honestly. It's just really easy to make fun of.
