#spuf does not have +r (registered only) set, so I don't see why there would be any problems in joining the channel.There is something terribly wrong with #spuf if ChanServ is opping you, however I'll believe it when I see it.And yes, there is a surprising amount of 12 year old "1337 h4xx0rz" on the internet looking for empty irc servers to host their skid-nets on.
