A 1970 Corvette

Something one of my friends said kinda made me think for a moment. How do you guys feel about aiming down sights in First Person Shooters? It came up because I was playing Half-Life and my friend was like "I just can't stand how these games don't let you aim down the sights, it's just so dumb" and it kinda pissed me off a bit because he was speaking ill of my HOLY GRAIL OF LINEAR FPS but it made me think of how ADS would apply to certain games that don't have it at the moment.

Huh? I wasn't aware it had a reputation as otaku-pandering. There might be a little bit but nothing that was glaring for me. I haven't read the manga (yet) but as of right now I find it pretty fun. I like the world they're in, Chaika is adorable as fuck, and the MC isn't a useless sack of shit like some other ones. It could go downhill in the episodes it has left, but so far it's solid in my opinion. Though Chaika and everything she does and says has a reputation for being really memetic, so be warned.

So I was stuck on a specific part of Half-Life 1's Lambda Core level (the part with the water and the reactor core and shit) because apparently I'm an idiot so I ended up just grenade jumping up to the ladder in question. Still not sure how that worked out for me, but luckily there was a stash of health nearby. And now I'm stuck on Gonarch because I fucked up and now am low on ammo and health... I'll find a way. Maybe.

I had an odd lewd dream that I probably won't go into detail about But immediately afterward I dreamt that I was in my house and for some reason we had a working Xbox 360, so I was super hype because I want to play all the Halo games all the way through. I was pissed when I woke up because I was like "Oh man I should go play tho- Oh... I don't have a working Xbox. Fuck." All in all both of my dreams were cockblocks in different ways.
