The thing is that TF2 runs at a max of 66 tickrate. I can't remember the default, but I think it's 33 or something like that. This in general means some pretty floaty hitreg in general. If TF2 had 128 tick servers like CS:GO, the hitreg wouldn't actually be that bad.

I'm not talking about Counter-Strike levels of mobility vs accuracy (though you can still bhop or run around and still be extremely accurate through stutterstepping though). All I want is there to be a penalty, and it doesn't even have to be big, to moving around versus standing still for shooting. This is already in many games and is referred to as your cone of fire bloom, which also affects your spread patterns. The major point I was to give is that ADSing should not give increased accuracy, and rather correct movement styles should. >Counter-Strike >Red Orchestra >ARMA >Rainbow Six >Insurgency >Ghost Recon

I prefer games to compensate for accuracy based on your movement, rather than aiming. Aiming should help tighten your zoom or allow you to use a scope. Like in real life, running around and jumping everywhere won't help your aim, so it should apply for movement in games.

2 and 3. Preferably the filter of 2 but everything else form 3 Needs a nice central filter.

I only ADS for accuracy if the game allows me that. I always consider mobility to be more important than accuracy when it comes to ADSing.
