Over the past few weeks, I've been planning out something, and I want to see if there is any interest at all. If anyone remembers back from the old Minecraft server, there was the City and PvP map. Within the PvP map, survival was key and death was brutal. Only the most well armed could survive in the ruthless, cookie-less environment. Recently, I've been playing far too much Super Hostile and other CTM maps for my own good, and I've been thinking about reviving the Minecraft PvP interest here. It would include a wide variety of games like: Super Hostile Race for the Wool: A highly deadly mix between your favorite rage inducing custom map series and PvP, Race for the Wool makes you fight through 3 dungeons to collect 3 wools while being in open fire between the two teams. First one to place all 3 wools on the Monument claims victory.Super Hostile Capture the Wool: Contains more PvP action than Race for the Wool with more direct combat. Your typical Capture the Flag.Cluster Chunk: A bizarre gametype that rotates around giant hunks of blocks placed together Katamari Damacy style. Scavenge materials from the chunks and take on the fight. Players are removed from the game if they die without a bed spawn. Last team standing wins.Quakecraft: Created by the innovative Hypixel, Quakecraft includes Railguns, portals, Low Gravity, and capture points. Without any mods, this entire map is supported from the ground up by redstone.Gladiator Arena: Also made by Hypixel, Gladiator Arena features a Team Deathmatch with a Roman theme. The three classes, Archer, Warrior, and Rouge, all counter each other to make play a bit more balanced. The Archer can keep the Warrior at bay with ranged attacks, but get wrecked by the Rouge's Speed and Haste boosts. However, the Rouge gets bested by the Warriors superior armor and sword.Minecraft DOTA: Basically the best top down action fighter but in Minecraft. It runs completely with no mods and incorporated features from other top down action fighters to enhance gameplay and make it more suited for Minecraft. The only issue that stands is your interest. Would you like to see this happen?
