The Soda Drinker Pro booth was selling Bonus Soda for 5 dollars that came with a copy of the game once it comes out for Steam. They also sold some shirts for soda drinking pros.
Alienware was showing off their Steam Machines and openly allowed people to try to Steam controllers for CS:GO, Towerfall Ascension, and Dying Light. The thing about the Steam controllers is that there really is nothing like it. The haptic touchpads might as well be the touchpads on a laptop. It certainly gives you more accuracy than an analog stick would, but it's no substitute for an actual mouse. Using it does take some getting used to, and I don't really see any reason to use it necessarily.
Behemoth was showing off their 4th game, which is unnamed for now. Turn based strategy RPG. As far as I can tell, Stamper is narrating again. The pictures were taken from the demo video. I got a chance to actually play the demo itself, and combat works a little differently than one would imagine. The only thing you can control is where your units move. They will attack on their own will, attacking if they can, but you cannot control which enemy unit they target. You end up having to work around weapon ranges and trying to find ways to position your units so they can only target one enemy at a time. I honestly had more fun with the demo for this game alone than Castle Crashers or Battleblock Theater.
Lines for Overwatch were almost constantly capped. They ended up having to completely stop people from entering the line toward the end of the day.
Merch is missing a Final Fantasy poster Square Enix were giving out, but that got battered to hell. They were also giving out t-shirts for people who could beat Shiva in their game demo or something. Also missing a Soda Drinker Pro shirt and Intel shirt.
