Just because someone has to be the casual one here, I connect once to the internet and all of a sudden, I have about 20 secret bases. Woo. Anyways, how does one get into competitive Pokemon? It seems like its just a bunch of grinding to get the perfect IVs, Natures, and breeding for moves.

Is anyone else having problems capturing the Azelf/Uxie/Mespirit Trio and the Virizion/Coballion/Terrakion Trio? I've already caught Mespirit, Coballion, and Terrakion, but the rest refuse to appear after waiting two days. edit: problem fixed somehow
