He's at fault (and likely has a breach of contract with you lease, you can check to make sure). Tell him to fix it again or you're taking his ass to court and he'll straighten up real quick.

That's how I got the shots for my article It's a little finicky but appreciated regardless. You can still be attacked by enemies and your last performed action repeats on loop so you've got to be mindful. Just wished I'd noticed it before I took about 100 screenshots with the HUD on.
