I remember back in the Halo 3 days, this guy, SergeantPancakes, got so fuckin pissed at me and my brother that he actually took the time to get in front of the Xbox 360 camera add-on thing and send us a picture of his spread asshole. Also sent a picture of him holding a kitten while also giving us the middle finger. Dude had fat fuckin sausage fingers, bigger than the kitten!

I was never particularly a Half Life fan so I've honestly never really cared whether Half Life 3 is happening or not. As for the release date of the Pyro Update, I'm not expecting any date in particular. Like I said, I'm fine with just waiting and not setting myself up for disappointment i.e. 9/6

Because I'm pretty sure that they know this update cannot afford to be bad after MyM. EoTL was a community update meant to show off an SFM short and add some hats and a map for community contributors. It wasn't meant to be a huge game-changing update; it delivered what a community update delivers. The Pyro Update on the other hand is aiming to validate and rework an entire class and its mechanics without fucking up anything and making sure that it has a defined purpose and role within the game. One of these is objectively more difficult to pull off than the other.

That was when the team wasn't composed of 12 people, only 3 of which are actual programmers.

I'm not. We've seen in the past that rushed updates are shitty, and now that the TF Team is actually taking the time to make the update as best they can, everyone's complaining and wanting it right now on their front doorstep.

People need to stop bitching about the Pyro Update. It'll come out when it's good and ready, and I personally am content with waiting for a good update rather than a rushed update. Anyone who expected it to release in 2016 was fooling themselves hard.
