Alright. My full thoughts on this. From EVERYONE I have talked to, and I do mean EVERYONE, they all think that this is a goddamn awful change and that Commander has no idea what he's doing. I agree partially, Commander you never seem to be completely in tune with what people seem to want or think. This is a pretty good example. You say people are just throwin a huge shitfit over it and we'll all eventually get used to it, but I think people are so vehemntly opposed to this stupid new "upgrade" there's no way in hell we'd ever settle down here. The opposition is so strong that people would be unwilling to even give it a shot, for good reason. Even if this is a "proven software basis", people are too used to the current junk we have. Seconded. I hate reddit's stupid goddamn layout, it's hard to navigate. Upon reconsideration i have realized 4/5ths of these proposed changes are probably awful. I think the system we have now works just fine, I guess it could be slightly better but the from what you've told us you're just gonna make everything worse.

We already have so many damn melee weapons, these'll probably just be reskins with slightly different stats or straight upgrades at this point New smgs are cool though. Shame there's no really relevant skills to them, and that the loco will probably outclass em. But we'll see I guess.

I like the standard stock the most. The default ironsights on the loco are the best sights, I feel. I want to like the muldon because it looks badass, but it's just so big.

And what the hell does adding a filter do? It means we have hippo-ballerining instead of shitposting, or we dodge the filter by changing the sizes or the font. Or even worse, we whine until you remove it. Unless you make saying a word a bannable offense the filter won't do squat, but that'd be silly.
