Apparently Overkill changed trip mine deploying mechanics - it used to be that you could instantly swap them from explosive to sensor mode, completely bypassing their "warmup" time. Now it shows the sensor beam coming out, but after it's completed its "warmup" it goes back to explosive. As I've been using them like that for several hundred hours I put one in the stairwell in Shadow Raid and instinctively swapped it over to sensor mode to save a couple seconds and went on my way. About 15 seconds later I hear "vvVRRR BLAM" followed by dozens of exclamation points and phone icons. My friend said it was really funny because all he heard was the trip mine triggering, the explosion, my surprised "What the FUCK?" and a shitload of icons.

I assume it's because they didn't want to break the patten: Windows XP was good, Vista was shit, 7 was good, and 8 was shit.

Today I learned that the flag pole with low enough health with zerker and iron man one shots every normal cop uncharged and charged can kill tazers in one hit.

I have no idea, I haven't paid attention since Brotherhood.
