I can tell you from experience that you will never want to run backwards. Moving target basic is good enough.

Don't be silly, Overkill has no idea what they're doing.

I dunno about the other difficulties but on DW the car heist is FULL of civilians as well as having tons of guards. I'm pretty sure it's impossible to do without ECM chaining.

None of the mods are too interesting as far as I can tell. A lot of things are slightly worse than mod courier mods and a lot of things are just useless. The most notable thing is probably the UAR body which lets it get 45 damage with 18 accuracy. I didn't get a chance to check out the saw mods.

The turret makes playing with bots even more of a nightmare than it already was. They just get stunlocked in front of it and are pretty much guaranteed to go down. On the other hand its rate of fire is so high that if you have a dodge build you're basically invulnerable while it's shooting at you.
