I understand it's a huge embarrassment for e-sports, since they're trying to portray the organization as professional and organized.
But I still think the media are just using incidents like this as an excuse to lambast e-sports.
Traditional sports players are caught using non-regulation equipment, steroids, and other things, but it's never responded to with "*Sport* is an embarrassment to sports we're never showing it on TV again"
When that stuff happens in e-sports, the media takes the opportunity to dump all over the entire premise instead of chastising the individuals responsible.
