I'm not entirely sure how it works but it seems that you need to grind materials for the Chao by replaying levels, which I'd rather not touch again. ​Protip: Pick the Sonic/Shadow levels you hate the least and replay those.

So is it just me, or does Trove have a disproportionately large jump in difficulty from U2 to U3? All of a sudden regular enemies can slice my health in half with one hit, while taking upwards of 10 hits themselves. Candy Barbarian not like this.
