With Nyx completely revealed I have to say I really didnt like it that much as a set. Because they designed basically everything top-down, with flavor first and card design later, we get a lot of weak cards that are cool flavorwise but boring gameplaywise. The only Theros block card that sees play in eternal formats is Swan Song, and even that is a situational sideboard card only a few decks use

at the end of turn, both Gift and Bearer's triggers go on the stack. You let Gift resolve first, then Bearer's trigger. Gift comes back on the field, and then everything explodes. Bearer dies again but Gift brings him back, setting both their triggers for the next end step. Ergo, you wipe the field, Bringer comes back and can attack next turn, and at the next end of turn the board wipes again, destroying and bringing back Bearer again, repeat. Since Bearer was under your control since last upkeep each turn, he can attack. So basically you have a 10/10 Haster and your opponents only have their one land drop per turn to respond to it before it gets blown up again

Yeah, at first I was a bit annoyed by the new Exp Share but then I realized it's the hard-mode I've always wanted in pokemon. And if the game gets too grindy you can just turn it on for a few levels. I do however really miss old Exp Share. Can't see why we couldn't have had both

yeah then definitely go max sweeper also if you keep Exp Share on the whole game it indeed becomes ridiculously easy.

Serperior has terrible stats in which case it's usually best to go max SAtk max Spd Also, super training is horribly slow, use power items + horde battles instead

Hilariously enough, this doesn't seem to work. I even copied a list (numbers only) to notepad, then pasted it into a different excel tab (numbers only), and it still gave me wrong averages Next to that, there are some more advanced things that I'd like to do (cutoff of the 5% outer scorings instead of a set number) which I didn't do before. But if I have to redo it anyways I can just as well add those in

Ive been trying Emerald's Battle Factory again and sometimes you just want to call hax I had a Brightpowder Blissey with 6 Double Teams up and my opponent switches in Flygon. I toxic it, it hits me with crit Earthquake Not too big of a problem, I can just use Softboiled so he can only kill me if he hits another crit Earthquake through seven layers of evasion which, of course, he did.

I dont like the new artstyle either. It's not as RUINED FOREVER as some people claim it to be but the flash artstyle was just much better

I'm not entirely sure of that yet alex. On the surface she's kind of a shitty version of Scavenging Ooze but a hard to remove, near-endless supply of instant speed deathtouch snakes? Your opponent can't attack into that until Pharika is gone. And even if he/she doesnt you can still spawn them eot. Prophetic Flamespeaker is huge, btw. TWO carddraw on connect, in red? I dreamt that, instead of aging normally, people would evolve every 3-4ish years, pokemon style, into their older form (so what they would look like if they did age normally for 3 years). You also always knew exactly when you were going to evolve so people would hold evolution parties where they would wait for a person to evolve and celebrate it like a birthday It was really cute and got a bit... lewd later on

I really feel like a spuffer complaining about comp TF2 right now but with all these bans I'd think they should just come to accept the metagame has become more aggressive. Unban some ubers instead of banning OUs
