The Suguri games are interesting fighting/danmaku hybrids more or less. Bunny Must Die is IWTBTG. War of the Human Tanks is actually a really fun pseudoturn based strategy game. One Way Heroics is probably the best dungeon crawler I've ever played and is still my favorite rougelike. Magical Battle Festa is actually a pretty fun mahou shoujo fighting game albeit its pretty dead. The original game had Nanoha characters. Vanguard Princess is your standard fighting game but you control 2 characters. Eryi's Action is a game for masochists. Rime Berta's this super dumbed down Final Fantasy Tactics clone. World End Economica is a VN series about stocks trading and is also made by the creators of Spice and Wolf. Nekopara is Nekopara. Gundemonium is your standard side scrolling danmaku. Neo Aquarium is quite possibly the pinnacle of games development. Cherry Tree High Comedy Club is your standard time management sim full of min maxing. The sequel's a regular VN though. Manacollect is hardcore minesweeper.

Takes ten minutes to play and has "next-gen" features like a shrimp tank with pet shrimp. What the time to be alive.

​I'm not sure what the engine's item render limit is, but I'm sure you can probably start messing with modding to increase that. I would imagine that if you try to pile up items in a confined space, objects would start to clip into each other and maybe even move around a bit because of how Gamebyro approximates object location.
