This just me being pedantic mind you, but I believe the Vault is a much better source for Fallout information. Information, while still useful, is outdated on Nukapedia compared to the Vault The Vault sources its data much, much better than Nukapedia The Vault is updated more often than Nukapedia Nukapedia does have its merits, I think it looks nicer, and of course, if I'm gonna Google search something Fallout related for quick info, and Nukapedia is the first option, I'll still use it, but I think that The Vault holds up on its merits better. Also, since apparently I have the talent of always getting into debates Fallout related, I'm gonna switch topics here: How 'bout them Energy Weapons being cooler than guns? Amirite?

Not really, no. Apologies, that does sound a little bit elitist. But honestly, Fallout is more than just the lore, so I think most people are willing to forgive that slight loophole. Bethesda was trying to fit their game in the lore somewhere, so I guess i can't really fault them too much.

Vault-Tech was contracted by the government, and the Project behind was the work of the Enclave. FEV itself though was the work of the government itself, and I don't see why they would bother writing a holodisk that they had moved all research if they didn't really. Its just one of those many lore holes that most casual Fallout players won't actually care about.

I believe in Fallout 1, there is a note somewhere that says all FEV research was moved to the Mariposa Military Base. Unless Fallout 3 addresses this issue, the mutants even existing in Capital Wasteland is a break from lore as is. The only reason Bethesda included mutants, heck, even the Enclave and the Brotherhood of Steel, were all just for brand purposes. Of course, I'm no Fallout scholar, so I'm very likely to be wrong.

its not just valve servers, its every single server I ever go on. Its really starting to irritate me though. I don't know if its the game or AT&Ts fault that this is happening.

I can't play TF2 anymore because it keeps rubberbanding so bad for whatever reason. This only seems to be a TF2 problem as well.
