Yea, I loved Ass Creed 1 and 2, along with Brotherhood and Revelations. But after that, I realized it's basically Ubisoft's Call of Duty.

Still rubs me off the wrong way. It reminds me too much of Ubisoft calling the signature items of the main character in one of their games "iconic" before the brand new IP is even released. It's just presumtuous.

Even if the game flops you can't say that the figure looks dumb The figure look great, I know. It's the fact that they're releasing merchandise like this befor the game is even in beta. You know, before there's a fanbase large enough to even care about the gam to begin with.

People keep complaining about all of the insta-kill mechanics and hit-scan. Obviously some of those "insta-kills" are probably there just for the sake of the trailer, and since this is the first reveal, I definitely know it's just an early WIP, so I'll wait and see what the final product looks like before making any judgements.

2 most important questions: 1.) will it be released on Steam? 2.) will it have hats? If not, then no thanks.

I'm actually considering getting it. I haven't had a COD game since MW2 as they've slowly tumbled down into stagnation. Looks like they're finally changing up the formula. Might alienate some of the fanbase, but COD 4 was massively different from its predecessors and look how popular it became. Sure it's been compared to Halo and Titanfall, and it still has bullshit business practices behind it (like selling zombie mode as DLC, LOL) and still has the randomized loadout and "scorestreaks" but overall I think the changes are good for the series. I'm thinking of getting it for Xmas. Secretly, I've always kind of liked the idea of having a guilty pleasure having a mindless, modern-esque shooter such as COD or Battlefield. And if I were to choose one, I think I'm going with this one. Onto the wishlist it goes.
