Last night I dreamt some kind of apocalypse happened and the entire world had turned into a desert. For some reason it was my job to do the rapturing so time stopped, I was turned into a giant and had to walk through the desert and peel the meat off all the people one by one and put their tiny skeletons back in place just like they stood when time froze. It was a really dull and tedious job and the heat was unbearable, until I turned a corner and some of my friends were at a swimming pool calling me to join in and the water in the pool was the most beautiful thing I ever saw

ye fair enough, there's also no saying whether modern DnT will stay good whilst legacy DnT basically stays forever I just ordered my playset, I'll get them in a week or so

So I got my first paycheck which due to banking problems is actually my first 3 paychecks all at once! Naturally the responsible adult thing to do is burn a big chunk of it on magic cards I either want to finish my Modern death and taxes list, OR buy the full playset of Rishadan Port I still need for my Legacy deck. Both cost about as much, but I really am not sure which one I want. The Legacy DnT list is something I've wanted for years, but the Modern DnT list I will probably get to play more often. Then again, I already have plenty of modern decks.. I'm really not sure

I'm still in my first playthrough, I do have to say I like it less than Dark Souls 1 and 3. I think the blood vial system is tedious, and from as far as I've played now all the areas are very samey; the game is a little too dark. There is also a ton if bosses with a "lol I grabbed you" close to instadeath attack that only hits because it's so slow I panicdodge twice before it actually fires. The trick weapons are fantastic though, they make for much more interesting combat than dark souls 1 and 3 where there might be 20 different halberds but one is the best one and the others are just straight up worse.

If it was a game I cared about I'd also be annoyed about female soldiers in a historic setting. What is the point of a historic setting if you're not even going to pretend to stick to it? It'll be a constant reminder that you're playing through a focustested market strategy every time you play it. Removal of swastikas I will never ever get. That doesn't seem "politically correct" at all to me, it seems like whitewashing history to make it less gruesome. Actually, before it's current image, wasn't "the horrors of war" a huge theme in the previous CoD games? The nuke at the end of CoD MW, and the no russian mission in MW2?

I want to say force it, set an alarm for 7am out of reach of your bed and stay out of bed when you turn it off, but that's what I've been doing and it hasn't worked yet

I seem to be incapable of getting into a proper sleeping rhythm, 3 months of working and I'm still in my NEET sleeprhythm of not being tired before 2AM

If it wasn't for the goofy music behind it those plastic human videos would all be horrifying and I was half expecting the video to end with them devouring living fish

Man Hollow Knight has been really fun but it drags on for waaaaay too long. The last two times I went through a whole path to find a hidden upgrade instead of story progress I was genuinely annoyed, that should not be the response to extra content. Having to backtrack for half an hour between the arena and the smith because three doors that seem open on the map turn out to be locked also sure as hell didn't help

DR is completely ruined after the patch hits lol, it's funny that we actually went full circle to the very very first DR that could not charge with metal. I like the idea of the change but it should also come with giving the DR double charge rate

Speaking of which did some youtuber did a vid about how busted DR gunspy is or something? Lately I see so many spies just spamming revolver from a distance and DR out the moment you shoot back, it's like waving away flies

My first try was conch soldier as well but the problem was you can't really get close enough to deal decent damage, and they even have great cover and a full ammo pack nearby. I didn't try demoman, that could maybe have worked. I was in the discord with them but my roll for seduction failed

This just happened while I was playing with two friends: At the end of the match, map vote ended on lakeside. But right before the cap unlocks, everybody leaves, leaving just us three. I switch to the other team and 2v1 them, me on soldier and they both on scout. I win fairly easily, with them getting half the time on the cap. So next round, they go heavymedic (minigun, shotty, GRU / needlegun, medigun, ubersaw). They're both reasonably skilled, with 200 and 400 hours in the game, and are communicating through discord. The map being lakeside makes it pretty damn tough as they can see mee coming for miles. Round 2 I try things out but lose pretty hard, round 3 I barely end up winning So I was wondering; how would you guys have tried to win this scenario? What class and strategy would you use to solo kill an aware heavymedic combo?

The memory loss is definitely a big upside, yeah, I just don't think it's a free get out of jail card. Seeing it as a sedation is a good point, but a year of torture with mindwipe still seems much worse than 3 days without mindwipe. Bite me little man, this sure as hell is a more interesting discussion than "how many good boy points would you spend to become Spiderman"
