SALAD OF MOSTLY LIKE KEBAB
You need:
- 2 chicken breasts (you could get lamb if you have too much money, but chicken will do fine)
- gyros seasoning mix
- half glass of cooking oil
- ketchup (whichever you like)
- mayo
-,can of corn
- fresh cucumber
- Chineese cabbage (is good, gives nice crunch)
- 2 onions
First you cut meat in cubes, then add seasoning and a bit of oil. You let that sit for 12h before frying. Now you have many time for drinkings. Ivan, сипати...
Twelve hours later after you stop drinking (or not), you fry meat on pan and cut vegatables so they would be edible. You let meat cool down a bit and then you toss ingridients into bowl.
Suggested order of layers:
-meat
-mayo
-cucumber
-onion
-ketchup
-meat
-mayo
-corn
-mayo
-chink cabbage
Is edible now. Best when served cold. Now you can remove kebab, with your mouth!
