A 1970 Corvette

I'll listen to all three, but I started with Modal Soul. It was... not the kind of music I listen to normally, for sure. I'm not sure if I can articulate why I didn't care for it too much without sounding like a total asshat. I suppose it's just not as attention-demanding as what I'm used to; it was something I could let play in the distance without it commanding my thought like my loud metal music occasionally does to grab my thoughts away from what I'm doing. I like that about metal; I occasionally am dragged into whatever feeling the song is trying to emulate. Or I could be talking out of my ass. I'm not very well-versed in talking about music so excuse my poor articulation. I'll move on to the next album... Eventually.

My forays into comp have been more sparse and uncoordinated than my facial hair. Watching comp is okay, I guess... But I wouldn't say that I would watch anything unless it has some mind-blowing event happen.

I'm thinking Maelstrom is my best bet. Gets things on board for cheap and also is silly chaotic on its own. Depending on how playtesting goes I'll pick him, but if I feel the need for more blatant enchantment support I'll go Narset I'll make a decklist eventually, then I'll post so you guys can tell me my manabase is fucked

I'll be taking these one at a time, so expect a reply whenever I get around to it. Porcupine Tree - In Absentia all in all, pretty good. The songs that stood out to me were Wedding Nails and The Creator Has a Mastertape - liked the instrumental of Nails and the intro of Mastertape sounds really cool. Occasionally got slow for my taste but it was pleasant throughout.

alright guys I really want to make this theoretical decklist of Chaos, but I want a good commander for it. Basically, cards like these: the deck. Red/Blue are the obvious colours, but I wonder if there's a good commander in different colours for it too? Narset might be good for casting the Chaos cards without having to pay for them, and White also has a Enlightened Tutor which would help a little bit. Green might be good to ramp into the high-cost cards as well. If anyone has a good general for what I'm trying to do, tell me.

It's high time I downloaded Legend of the Galactic Heroes, since very few shows this season are capturing my interest. I might finish before I graduate if I watch enough at a time.
