Iunno. I use the KSP as a jack of all trades weapon for Techforcer because it's still fairly good at mid range engagements. I can consistently hit targets climbing the fences from hangar during Firestarter Day 1. I just can't think of any situations where the MG42 would out perform the KSP enough to justify having no range because I run Loco as my secondary usually. If I were to use something like a scoped Bronco for a pocket sniper rifle, maybe MG42 would be better, but iunno. 12 accuracy vs 14 isn't that much of a difference. The Buzzsaw beats out the KSP in its ammo capacity, rof, and stability, which are an LMG's most important stats. I've only seen one build of it so far, and it was a 2 accuracy one for the same 40 damage that the KSP gets. Iunno if it's still better with another build though

The new Sten apparently obsoletes both the Uzi and Tec-9 with 42.5 damage and 18 accuracy with Long Barrel, Competitor's Compensator, Military Laser Module, Extended Mag, Speculators Sight (best sight), and Solid Stock. The Nagant also makes it possible to bring Sniper Rifles that isn't a CQC Thanatos into stealth with Short Barrel, Compact Laser Module, Iron Sight, and Discrete Stock. 23 detection with a 30 concealment secondary and suit. Works even better if you have Hidden Blade. Also, is there really any reason to use the MG42 over the KSP? Sure it has more firerate, but I can't find any build that makes it do more damage than the KSP, and the shit accuracy it gets makes it pretty useless outside of direct CQC melee range

Being on Origin. Because my dad still has the game CD. But doesnt works on any Windows past 98. Wouldn't compatibility mode let it go back to Win 95? If you really want to, you could always get it on GOG too or run it on DOSBox if you have the time to set it up.

Crusader: No Remorse is free on the house on Origin right now. Action with puzzle elements in one of the most sandbox-y games you could have at the time. What's not to like?
