I had all four of mine taken out at once. One of them was growing in at a 90 degree angle into the sides of my other teeth. I didn't take the gas because panic. Had quite the painful recovery. I really gotta like the surgery though, because it fixed a problem that plagued me for the longest time. I couldn't pronounce the "s" sound out the center of my mouth, but now I can. That made me a lot more comfortable with public speaking.
